Bejad Multigrain Flour

Bejad Flour is made using right proportions of Barley, Black chickpeas, soya bean, wheat, Fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana) & Ajwain with wheat in smallest quantity amongst all grain. It is rich source of magnesium, energy and dietary fibers, best for type 2 diabetics, cardiac, hypertension and helps in weight management, small % of wheat made it almost carbohydrate & Gluten free. Use lukewarm water to Knead flour & rolled slightly little thick Roti as compared to wheat Roti and cook it till it become golden brown from both the sides. Bejad Roti reduces intake by 1/3.
