PURE CINNAMON- Cinnamon is made from the inner bark of tropical, evergreen trees. The barks are sun dried and they curl up into rolls which make the cinnamon sticks.
NUTRIENT RICH- Cinnamon contains rich antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties. It is rich in vitamins, iron, manganese, and calcium.
DIFFERENCE between cassia and Ceylon- Cassia cinnamon is a type of cinnamon which has a stronger flavour as compared to true Ceylon.It has high amounts of coumarin as well and hence should be taken in limited quantities. Cassia also has a thicker bark and forms only a few layers when rolled into sticks.
