Our Red Rice is from Meghalaya. Since it is unpolished, it is a nutritionally superior variety of rice with much more fibre that is easy to cook and digest, making it an effortless addition to your daily diet. Being unpolished, it has a higher nutritional value than refined white rice. The rice grains attribute to its lovely nutty flavour and crunchy texture.
