How To Use
Method to make Cordyceps Tea
Boil 1 to 2 grams (4-5 strands ) of cordyceps for 5 to 6 minutes to make cordyceps tea. Let it cool down for a minute after boiling is over. Always follow these instructions to get the most nutrients out of the fruit bodies.
Brewing Guide
After 2 times of steeping, cordyceps Strands can be added to soups, or vegetable gravy or can be eaten raw.
