Cassia Cinnamon Powder

PURE CINNAMON POWDER- Cinnamon powder is made from the inner bark of tropical, evergreen trees. The barks are sun dried and they curl up into rolls which make the cinnamon sticks. The sticks are further ground to obtain pure cinnamon powder.
NUTRIENT RICH- Cinnamon contains rich antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties. It is rich in vitamins, iron, manganese, and calcium.
DIFFERENCE between cassia and Ceylon- Cassia cinnamon is a type of cinnamon which has a stronger flavour as compared to true Ceylon.It has high amounts of coumarin as well and hence should be taken in limited quantities. Cassia also has a thicker bark and forms only a few layers when rolled into sticks.
