Cinnamon Powder

THE ONLY TRUE CINNAMON- Cinnamon powder is made from the inner bark of tropical, evergreen trees handpicked in Sri Lanka. The barks are sun dried and they curl up into rolls which make the cinnamon sticks. The sticks are further ground to obtain pure cinnamon powder.

DIFFERENCE between Ceylon and cassia- Ceylon cinnamon sticks are thinner, multilayered as compared to Cassia. Since the barks of Ceylon cinnamon are thin, they are difficult to harvest as compared to the rest. But all of it is worth it as this cinnamon is loaded with benefits.
