Refund and Exchange Policy

At RacewinMart, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the process for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds, in compliance with payment gateway regulations and consumer protection guidelines.

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order is delivered in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send an email with clear photos of the product and your order details.
  • We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or full/partial refund, depending on the nature of the damage.
2. Incorrect or Missing Items:

In case the order contains the wrong product or items are missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide photographic evidence and your order number.
  • We will promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or issue a refund for the missing items.
Refund Timelines & Method
  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • All refunds are processed through the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • In compliance with RBI and NPCI guidelines, refunds for UPI and card transactions are credited directly to the source account used for payment.
Conditions for Replacements or Refunds

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (except for damaged or defective items).
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • For prepaid orders, customer identity verification may be required for high-value refunds as per payment gateway KYC norms.
Exceptions
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible unless damaged or incorrect.
  • RacewinMart reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if the request falls outside policy guidelines or if there is evidence of misuse.
Non-Cancellable Orders:

Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched or after a 12-hour window from the time of order placement.

Cancellation Within 12 Hours:
If you need to cancel your order due to an emergency or incorrect order placement, you must email [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include:


  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

If the cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and before dispatch, we will process it and send you a confirmation email.

After Dispatch:

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. You may refuse delivery; however, shipping charges and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
